About me
I’m Jenny Boshco - a lifelong runner, strength enthusiast, and coach who believes training should bring you joy and empowerment. I’ve raced everything from 5Ks to ultramarathons (including the Boston Marathon and Barkley Fall Classic) and discovered that the real magic happens when strength and endurance meet. Today, I bring that mindset to coaching by helping runners and lifters of all levels build consistency and confidence, so they can reach their goals and actually enjoy the process.
The JB Philosophy
Training Should Be Fun
Running and strength training should, first and foremost, bring you joy. Every workout should leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and more connected to your body. That might be a quiet trail run with a beautiful view or a sweaty gym session that leaves you feeling powerful. When training feels good, progress follows.
Train With Purpose
Every workout has a reason behind it. I use the proven VDOT system, grounded in Jack Daniels’ research, to guide training intensity, structure, and progression. Whether you’re running your first mile or chasing a BQ, your plan will be intentional, personalized, and built around your goals.
Strength training is one of the best things you can do for your body whether you run or not. It supports bone health, joint function, injury prevention, and everyday confidence. I also emphasize mobility to help you feel better, move better, and train smarter at any age or experience level.

My ultramarathon experience taught me that grit, adaptability, and patience matter more than perfection.
